All orders are packaged for your convenience- vaccum packed. If you require specific portions please mention this when ordering. The process of vaccuming removes all air & can result in the meat becoming “discloured”. When packets are open it will regain its original colour. It loses none of its freshness and flavour. Vaccum packed beef, lamb & pork can be stored in the fridge for 2 weeks. Chicken needs to be frozen if not eaten the next day. We believe vaccum packing is the most efficient way to deliver our product but if you would prefer pre-packing request that service in your order comments.
